If you are not satisfied with your license, you will receive a full refund as long as your request reaches us within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Please email tuhlmann@agynamix.de and include:

• the email address used for the purchase,
• your order details (for example order number or purchase date),
• a note that you want a refund.

No explanation is required.

Processing

We review your request and refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method.

The time until the credit appears can vary depending on your payment provider.
